About Me

After taking a gap year, I landed a full time position working as a criminal support specialist at a courthouse. 

I have decided to further my education by pursuing a Masters degree in Knowledge Management. While working as a “volunteer” publicist, I am looking forward to learning more about the management practices required to manage knowledge in a way that will be valuable to potential clients. 
I am most interested in furthering my career as a publicist—looking for real world experience that will allow me to gain the confidence needed to excel in this field. 

While I am not actively in the Knowledge Management field, I believe public relations and KM overlap as it relates to how we manage and apply knowledge. I am hoping that this course will allow me to establish the connection between the two–ultimately allowing me to apply what we learn with what it is I am trying to do within my desired career field.

As a hobby, I run a resume service where I revamp resumes. I just started this hobby in December. It’s time consuming at most, but this hobby allows me to keep my writing skills up to par. This service consists of resumes, but not limited to. I like to think of myself as a “freelance writer”. I just completed a Eyelash Certification Booklet for a certified eyelash technician interested in leading a course where students can become certified in applying false eyelashes. I try to get my hands on anything! 🙂

I am currently working on publishing my website which will be used as an online public relations portfolio where all of my work will be displayed in addition to the events that I have hosted. Further, this website will be used as a writing platform for my own personal blog that focuses on inspiring, educating, and motivating others through raw, uncut, and candid conversations.
